TRYED TO LOAD GAME IT START TO LOAD THEN STALLS I GET OUT AND GO BACK IN AND IT STILL DOES IT 2 DAYS

I haven't been able to collect any of the tickets,coins orpower for quite some time, I just tried to collect on The ones today 7/10 and when I click on it alisa bingo comes up but not the bonuses like keys coins etc. I am playing on a lap top, I have always been able to collect but for sometime now I am not able to.
Will not connect. Starts loading then quits & returns to my home screen. Tried deleting & reloading. Still does it approximately for a month now.
Will not connect Starts to connect to Facebook gets 3/4 full then shuts off Has been doing this for at least 3 months Was told the app was being fixed but still not working
Try to download Alisa bingo on IPad it just starts and then stops and returns to home page
