Why can’t I access content from this app when I pay a monthly fee? It was working perfectly until last week and now I can only watch trailers. Every time I try to watch a series it directs me buy a subscription and then I get a message that says I’m already subscribed through Apple account! Yes! Exactly! I have a subscription and I can’t use the app!

I don’t understand, I can’t watch anything.. every time I try to watch something it warns me that the program is not recommended for less than 12 years old and I end up with “contenue bloqué”.. what the heck ??
And where can I watch the live channels for GOD sake ??

I have we been trying to open content, but it does not download. It is now 3 weeks it is happening....and still not working (iPad, iPhone and Apple TV)...you would think by now they would have done something about it.
