MyBenefitsAccounts is the worst app I have experienced. Below I will list its short comings.
1) each time you leave MyBenefitsAccounts . It signs you out and you have to start the process over and over again.
2) MyBenefitsAccounts lacks any customer support
3) MyBenefitsAccounts will provide denied notices, but the notice fails to explain why a claim is denied.
4) when you are reviewing transactions/ claims. If you click the detail link which always lack any explanation. Therefore that option t is worthless, but worst thing it does. It it takes you back to the beginning of the transactions. So you scroll down trying to find where you left off.
I can go on and on, but it’s clear MyBenefitsAccounts was cheaply designed and does even attempt to make itself user friendly. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing about MyBenefitsAccounts that it constantly closes and you have to repeatedly have to sign in. In addition, it fails to provide the basic support data and the lack of detail in the denied claims is amazing frustrating and worthless.
