This app shares user authentication with the PlanSource Participant Portal, so as long as you are a registered user with the PlanSource Participant Portal you will be able to download the My Benefits Accounts app and log in to immediately gain mobile access.
MyBenefitsAccounts is the worst app I have experienced. Below I will list its short comings.
1) each time you leave MyBenefitsAccounts . It signs you out and you have to start the process over and over again.
2) MyBenefitsAccounts lacks any customer support
3) MyBenefitsAccounts will provide denied notices, but the notice fails to explain why a claim is denied.
4) when you are reviewing transactions/ claims. If you click the detail link which always lack any explanation. Therefore that option t is worthless, but worst thing it does. It it takes you back to the beginning of the transactions. So you scroll down trying to find where you left off.
I can go on and on, but it’s clear MyBenefitsAccounts was cheaply designed and does even attempt to make itself user friendly. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing about MyBenefitsAccounts that it constantly closes and you have to repeatedly have to sign in. In addition, it fails to provide the basic support data and the lack of detail in the denied claims is amazing frustrating and worthless.
Same issue with having MyBenefitsAccounts ask me to update but there are no updates and can’t get into MyBenefitsAccounts at all.. very frustrating spoke to the company and reported it also..
Please fix it .
Every time I try to log in with the core password it is saying that it is not correct.
App keeps asking to update. Takes me to MyBenefitsAccounts Store and there’s no update. Tried uninstalling and reinstall. Same problem.
The worst app I have. Everytime I try and log in the MyBenefitsAccounts closes. It doesn't even do anything. I only gave one star because I have to. So annoying!! Please fix MyBenefitsAccounts.
MyBenefitsAccounts was super easy to use. Then, all of a sudden, the application couldn’t connect to the server. I have the most up to date version. Yet, I can’t access it to add a receipt.
Used to work fine but at the time I needed it most, it wouldn’t let me login. Keeps giving error message of unknown error.
Says that the credentials are incorrect. They aren’t, and work online. Your app is terrible, and the service should feel embarrassed.
Very slow app now, i feel like they’re are a lot of new bells and whistles that don’t actually help, but now slow down MyBenefitsAccounts . I don’t need a performance review every time i login, i just want to check my balance and upload a receipt.
I credibly difficult to navigate and get error messages throughout.
Application keeps wanting me to update and won’t work. The application has no update available. I have removed the application and reinstalled the latest version multiple times now and still wants an update. Please fix your application.
Normally the only issue I have with MyBenefitsAccounts is the login messages: not able to be reviewed unless you close them all out and navigate to your messages. Or it will close them all out on its own when you press skip. However the last two days t keeps asking me to download the most recent version of MyBenefitsAccounts over and over again. I’ve deleted MyBenefitsAccounts twice and reinstalled. No luck.
I thought MyBenefitsAccounts has been great. Now I can’t even submit my receipt because I can’t even login. Keeps asking me to download the latest version of MyBenefitsAccounts . I am already up to date. Please fix.
Can no longer log in as it says to update and sends me to MyBenefitsAccounts Store even though I have the current version.
This is a repeat of the other comment but MyBenefitsAccounts had been working beautifully and suddenly it has told me to be sure and use the most recent updated version. So I have also uninstalled and reinstalled MyBenefitsAccounts multiple times, only to have the same error again and again. Very frustrating.
