The worst app ever!

This app is the worst app I have experienced. Below I will list its short comings.

1) each time you leave the app. It signs you out and you have to start the process over and over again.

2) the app lacks any customer support

3) the app will provide denied notices, but the notice fails to explain why a claim is denied.

4) when you are reviewing transactions/ claims. If you click the detail link which always lack any explanation. Therefore that option t is worthless, but worst thing it does. It it takes you back to the beginning of the transactions. So you scroll down trying to find where you left off.

I can go on and on, but it’s clear this app was cheaply designed and does even attempt to make itself user friendly. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing about this app that it constantly closes and you have to repeatedly have to sign in. In addition, it fails to provide the basic support data and the lack of detail in the denied claims is amazing frustrating and worthless.

Application keeps wanting me to update and won’t work. The application has no update available. I have removed the application and reinstalled the latest version multiple times now and still wants an update. Please fix your application.

Very slow app now, i feel like they’re are a lot of new bells and whistles that don’t actually help, but now slow down the app. I don’t need a performance review every time i login, i just want to check my balance and upload a receipt.
