Moatheni Reviews

I used Moatheni mainly for the very useful prayer time widgets, which were a free feature. After the 4.0 update, they became in an app purchase that requires subscription payment. I’m not against developers getting paid, but what I am against is developers locking previously important and free features behind payments without prior notice.

App was truly great until they switched to a subscription model for no reason other than pure greed, I bought the pro version before and now I get “3 months subscription”.

Subscription is pointless and not worth it, no reason for implementing it.

I purchased Moatheni for alerting me on prayer time, after i did the transaction, app asked me to open Moatheni each four days otherwise it will not alert me! Why this is not shown before? Why should I keep checking Moatheni while it can work from background? How stupid is that??

They had many free features and after the update they became a monthly subscription.
Why should i buy something that was originally free? A subscription should be for new features, not old and free features. This is just lazy development and a lazy money grab.

For Fajr prayer, the athan doesn't go off because I put my iphone on do not disturb but it blocks the athan as well. I think there should a feature to buy pass that or at least to give the option for the user.

It's always nice to see something you like improve! I like and approve of everything you added with the new upgrades. However, you didn't add any new athan voices which are badly needed being that there are only a few. Perhaps that will be included on the next update. I tend to travel quite often so your app has been very useful for me. Thanks for all you do and I'm looking forward to supporting your future efforts and endeavors insha Allah.

Ok .. so Moatheni is magnificent, but i wish if the developers can add one more feature in it and it will be my number one favorite app , which i think it’s super easy and it could bring the convenience for us
Why i can’t choose the sound i like from my list .. like let’s say i like azan for someone else other than the one in Moatheni .. why i can’t upload it to Moatheni and enjoy it !!
I really wish if you can make this possible .

كما أن التنبيهات بصفة عامة دون المستوى
It's a great app, thank a lot for making it.
But the alerts are way below what they should be. Please fix them, especially having the prayer call as one part instead of dividing it to two parts.

I like it, It gives you the choice to choose any city in the world And wherever you are it will show you where The qibla is .

But the fact that you have to buy the most important feature, which is notifications, is a real bummer.

Great app!! But after the last 2 updates the city name not shown, I’m getting only the state. Please try to fix it. Thank you so much for the amazing app.

After this update the text is not properly displayed on my iphone 5s. Its half way clipping the edges of the cards in prayer times and on some screens text is outside the card in times tab. Please fix it.

It’s easy to use and very accurate, love it so much. I have been using it for about 8 months now and would never change it.

Hope the athan gets to be free and make it to work when iPhone is on silent and on the widgets have the 5 prayers with the time thanks

Actually i like Moatheni, but please fix the alerts quickly ☹ it doesn't work anyway

It's amazing i use it daily ❤️❤️ love the fact that I can know prayer time by only pulling my screen down 😍
