we have not had access to our app in over 2 weeks with little to no communication! We will be leaving your branch.
If you don’t log in online they if you don’t use online banking. Instead of a deactivation option, you have to call member services and jump through 50 hoops.
Im having problems connecting to the website.
Every update is PIA. Now I'm locked out, after following correct log in procedures. Ridiculous
My app crashed a month ago and even after updates will not work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Sad, I did love it back when it worked.🙁
ArkansasBestFCU adds so much convenience to my life, and now I can't open it without it crashing! Please fix this.
Quit working on my iPad but iPhone version still works please update.
Please make ArkansasBestFCU more user friendly. It looks old and outdated and takes 3 steps just to log on. The "back" button that's nice and big at the top doesn't take you to the last screen you were on but instead backs you completely out of the session that you're currently in. To get back to where you were it requires you to enter your 3 step log in information again only to tell you that you're already logged in. Even just some visual updates that help with the ease of access would make me feel better about ArkansasBestFCU.
I love the new app this year. Having my checking balance readable before even logging in is super helpful when I’m getting groceries a little too close to payday. And I used to love the mobile deposit. I used it all summer when my job didn’t offer direct deposit with no problems. Now I have a check I need deposited ASAP, but ArkansasBestFCU freezes after I “capture back of check.” I live out of state for school so mobile deposit is really my best option now — if it works. Hope this gets fixed.

Will not allow Face ID with iPhone X plus
The only thing I would like to see is direct deposit the day before.
