I am located at S33.50 E26.50 Your ocean temperature said it is 21deg C when it fact it is only 13deg C. Your information is totally incorrect. I am a premium member but cannot access legacy charts. Why not ?These charts were always 100% correct. Await your feedback.

How to fix Buoyweather app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Buoyweather app on iPhone
Update Buoyweather app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Buoyweather iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Buoyweather on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Buoyweather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Buoyweather Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Buoyweather not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Buoyweather App
1. On android, goto Settings » Buoyweather » click [Force Stop]

Update Buoyweather to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buoyweather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Buoyweather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Buoyweather.

Fix Buoyweather unable to contact server/ Buoyweather internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Buoyweather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Buoyweather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
