Come on guys. How are you supposed to create an account? I have tried the app, searched the web portal, googled create account for Healthvana, and nothing turns up. Even if…there is something Im missing, that is ridiculous. Be better, and if anyone at your organization figures it out, please let me know. I would be curious to see what tour portal has to offer.

How do you even create a user name/password? It is taking me directly to a sign in page but there are no other options (to create user name/password) AND I can only access them through “contact us” if it is concerning press or sales...obviously the customer is irrelevant!!

Took forever to log in. I knew my password. It just wanted me to enter it 50 times before accepting it. Now it won’t add vaccine pass into my wallet. 👎👎 What good is this app if it can’t do a very simple thing? How can we trust it with medical records if the programming is soooo bad?!
