I sold tickets in this app 10 days ago and got an email notifying me my tickets had been sold. There was no other information around when or how I would receive the funds. I assumed they would go back on the card I originally purchased on, but to make sure I emailed their support team. A week passed and I never heard back. I then emailed again. At day 10 when I still didn’t have my funds I called a waited for 30 minutes to speak with someone. Once I did get a hold of their support team (I was shocked they even existed at this point), they told me you had to have a bank account on file to receive funds (which is dumb). I then logged into the web, because you can’t do this on FlashSeats (dumb) and said “sir, I do have a bank account on file”. He then said, will this app doesn’t automatically transfer funds, you have to go in and do it. This is really silly in the first place, but to have absolutely no communication on this is ridiculous. If you send an automatic email when your tickets are sold, why the heck wouldn’t you add this into the email so people know what to expect. Now I will have to wait over 20 days total to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible terrible communication, product, and customer service. Very disappointed that you are the official red rocks vendor when you are such a poor company.

I had purchased a concert ticket as Valentine’s Day gifts about a month ago and was really excited for this concert up until when we get to the venue. I wasn’t able to access my tickets whatsoever and was confused as to wether my ticket was on flash seats or on Axs. However when I attempted to log into my axs account, flash seats had made an exact second account on Ax’s, using my Same email and credit card information. This caused for the website to not allow me access on either accounts as it seemed fit for some form of fraud since there were two accounts with the same information. As soon as I figured this out, the flash seats app had kicked me off my account and locked me out. The only way I could solve it was to stay on a 16 minute customer service call that they had just hung up on me!! Therefore I was left with no account login for flash seats, and two axis accounts that I couldn’t log into. I paid $140 for two of these tickets and had to buy them again at the venue for literally $40 bucks. FLASH SEATS IS OVER PRICED AND AN ABSOLUTE PIECE OF TRASH AS THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO GET A REFUND AT ALL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR TECHNICAL PROBLEM! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID USING FLASH SEATS AS I KNEW IT WAS SKETCHY FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN IT GAVE ME ALL THESE FLASH SEATS INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE STUPID APP!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS -5 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!

FlashSeats is actually the worst app to buy a ticket through, i do not recommend. when you create an account it doesn’t let you log in and claims that your password is wrong. then you have to reset the password over and over even if it’s the same password every time. If you finally can log in, there is no way to transfer the ticket even though the customer service for FlashSeats claims there is. they said that someone else should be able to log in on a different phone with the same email
and password. however when they try to it says the password is wrong and logs out both people from the account. then when you try to log back in it says your account is disabled. so then when you try to recreate your account it won’t let you because it says there is already an account with your email even though it said it was disabled. then you log back in and it won’t let you so you have to reset your password because it says it’s wrong even though it isn’t, and you reset it to the same thing and then it works but still doesn’t allow you to transfer the ticket to anyone else even though customer service likes to say that you can. literally the worst app ever to buy tickets from i hope none of you have to have this experience.

I purchased tickets for a concert months ago, and the only way to do an e-ticket was by using Flash Seats. Since I help care for my aging parents, there is always a chance I have to change plans. Flash Seats made it sound like it would be easy to re-sell my tickets if I couldn’t make it, so I decided to try it. Well, I did have to sell my tickets, and Flash Seats made a small fortune off of it. I paid fees to originally get my tickets through FS, then I paid more fees and taxes to sell them, and the new buyer paid fees and taxes to purchase my tickets. Plus, there was no way to sell my parking voucher with the tickets. Then, there are zero instructions on how to get your money back and it took two weeks and multiple attempts to contact customer “service” before someone responded that you have to request your money via the desktop website, not FlashSeats . This is the 21st century, correct? When it is all said and done, I still lost over half of what I originally paid on my tickets to their “fees,” and I’m still waiting for the money I should be getting back. Save yourself the trouble, and opt for mailed tickets or Will Call! I will never choose Flash Seats as a delivery option for event tickets again.

I bought tickets as a gift through vivid seats. I then got an email saying I had to download this flash seats app to access the tickets. I helped my dad download FlashSeats and then tried to link my email so that he could access the tickets. FlashSeats would not allow me to link my email giving an error message that an account already existed with my email. I never created an account with my email. I then tried to create an account with my email — but again got an error message saying that the account already existed. Logically, I then hit the “forgot password” button, but got a different error message stating that the action was invalid. I went to the Pepsi Center box office, and they could not figure things out, and told me to contact vivid seats. I called vivid seats; the first person couldn’t help and transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor said she couldn’t help, and that I should call flash seats. The flash seats customer service person was helpful — and he now has the tickets in his account. BUT the fact that it took half of my day and talking to 3 different companies and 4 different customer service reps to get tickets makes this the most inconvenient ticketing experience I have ever had.

I tried to buy LA Clippers tickets last night shortly before the game began through StuHub. Done this many times before without issue. This time, after the completion of the over $500 transaction my confirmation email from StubHub tells me the tickets won’t be released because the original vendor, this app requires that I download their app, set up a separate account with them and use it to download the tickets. Fine, I download FlashSeats then try to set up the account and FlashSeats freezes. Try to refresh FlashSeats multiple times and it either gives an error message or gets stuck buffering and times out. Game time getting closer, I try to look for customer service and there is “Chat with us” option that states they are closed currently (it’s 6:30 pm PST). Called StubHub and was able to talk to a live person who tried to help but said the this app service was in control of the tickets and their app was down. Went to Staples Center and found a line of several hundred people at WillCall all with exact same problem. If you can avoid using FlashSeats you should.

I have never written a review in the several years I've been using Apple Store, but Flash Seats is so bad I couldn't help myself. They make it seem like it's so convenient that you don't have to print your tickets, EVEN THOUGH LITERALLY EVERY TICKET SERVICE OFFERS THIS SAME SERVICE. And they make it much easier. Forcing someone to download your app just to access the ticket they purchased if absolutely the worst. Every other major service gives you the option of using the wallet app on your iPhone. Not flash seats though! The website is awful. There is no way to actually look at your tickets via a link or PDF file that you can take a screen cap of at the very least. Did you buy multiple tickets and want to let the other people access their tickets? That's great! Because THEY WILL HAVE TO CREATE THEIR OWN ACCOUNT AND DOWNLOAD FlashSeats TOO! This is the worst ticket service provider I've ever come across. I'm actually considering never buying tickets to the sports team I'm going to go see just so I don't have to deal with this awful company ever again.

I wish I could give FlashSeats 0 stars, because it is not even worth one. First of all, for some odd reason, it does not let me use FlashSeats unless I am on WiFi. My significant other and I have the exact same provider, yet he can use it on regular LTE and I can’t. It’s extremely frustrating; I even tried deleting FlashSeats and downloading again, but that did not help. Second, we tried to purchase tickets multiple times through FlashSeats for an event, I’d say at least 10 times, and it kept saying it could not process our transaction because of an issue with our credit card... WE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT CARDS FROM 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE! Not just on FlashSeats , but also on the web browser. It was incredibly frustrating. We tried for over an hour and had zero luck. The only reason I even use FlashSeats is because some venues only allow flash seats to get in. If it weren’t for that, I would never use it again. They really need to make it more user friendly. It’s completely basic and frustrating to use.

I just downloaded FlashSeats , so this is just a quick first experience and I will update after the event.
Ordered tickets through Vivid Seats to two separate concerts - one in March and one in October. Received an email from VS and AXS both telling me the same thing - your tickets (to the October show) are available, download our app to access. So I did. First impression - Flash Seats looks like an app that was created before iOS was even a thing, it is so dated and looks a little sketch. The AXS app is much cleaner and has a standard appearance. I was able to pull up my available tickets immediately upon creating a profile on both apps and it looks like you will only have to scan one QR to get both people in. Luckily in my case, we will be together so I don’t have to worry about getting the other ticket to the other persons phone. So, I don’t even think you need to use the Flash app, if you download AXS app but we’ll see. I have yet to receive the March 1 tickets, so here’s hoping I have an easy, anxiety-free experience getting those soon and getting in the venue won’t be a problem. I will update after March 1!

I had a poor review queued up based on the experience of downloading and navigating FlashSeats . And that experience still stands (no home page to speak of; you have to choose an event location before logging in, because it seems to be defaulting to selling you tix; if you use a credit card as your second ID you better make sure your spouse did not use the same card for their ID, b/c FlashSeats rejects that— but only after you type it all in—kinda makes sense, but how about a heads up?). However, the good news is that once we got it set up, we utilized the mobile transfer function (wife sent me my tix), which loaded perfectly; and at the event, the usher scanned my QR and printed out the three tickets associated with it. Speedy; easy. So although I wanted to hate it, based on the front end experience, it worked well at the event, which is what really matters.

In March I went to go see g-eazy and this is the only way I could’ve gone. In order for this to work perfectly you just need WiFi for the ticket to load. That was my problem. I didn’t have WiFi at the venue and the venue said I should go to the box office to go verify my tickets and they could help me from there but when they asked me to verify my address they said it was incorrect and I was confused. So at that point I missed the opening act which didn’t matter and I found WiFi from a pizza place nearby and thankfully I got in without a problem once they scanned my app. They also printed a ticket when they scanned FlashSeats so like me, if you collect your tickets for memories, is perfect. This year I’m saving to go to a sold out concert and the only way I can get them are flash seats so hopefully I don’t waste 380$ for nothing if I don’t have WiFi 💀

So I got tickets for the 13 of this month which was AMAZING! Anyways I purchased the tickets a month in advance which is on September, it was my first time purchasing from seat geek and had no idea I would be having to deal with a whole other company. I read reviews on who was dealing with after seat geek and saw a lot of bad reviews . I was worried for a whole month till day of the event but honestly everything went sooo smooth tickets were delivered when they said they were and all I had to do was download FlashSeats and just have the tickets scanned and I was in! Thank goodness
Only bad thing I can say is I emailed flash seat (since that’s the only way to contact them) before my event and they never responded :/ they have to work on better communication when someone reaches out. A response for some reassurance on my event would of gave me some peace of mind considering their reviews.

When I purchased tickets a few months ago for the Cleveland Cavs vs. Thunder game for today I did not realize until after I purchased the tickets that I had purchased through Flash Seats. As I prepared to download the Flash Seats app from FlashSeats Store, I became extremely nervous reading all the negative reviews. Although after downloading FlashSeats I could see our tickets right away, I was afraid either our tickets would somehow disappear before the game or none of our tickets would actually work at the gate. I am happy to say that the game was enjoyed by our entire group (minus the loss), with no problems at all with the tickets and we are completely satisfied with Flash Seats.

I was worried after reading reviews but had to download FlashSeats as it was the only way I could get last minute Elton John tickets. I downloaded FlashSeats prior to purchasing tickets on Vivid Seats and created an account. I bought the tickets a couple of hours later. The transfer was not instant. The seller had to do something on their end and I purchased very late at night. By 4 pm the next day I had received an email from both Vivid Seats and Flash Seats telling me my tickets were available. They were on FlashSeats as promised and I had no trouble at the venue. This was 2 days before the concert so I don’t know how it would’ve gone if I had tried to do it the day of, but I had no issues.

When I bought our tickets for the Detroit Lions game a few months ago for today I did not realize until after I purchased the tickets it was through this app and that it was app based. I was super nervous a week ago when I read the reviews for FlashSeats. I was so afraid we would get to the game and FlashSeats would not work and we would be screwed. That did not happen! FlashSeats is really convenient in many ways. I was able to send two tickets to my brothers account so they could go earlier and we didn't have to worry about making sure we grabbed the tickets. In the end it was definitely worth it. And the tickets seemed to be cheaper than places like Ticket Master.
