Difficult to cancel subscription

On the 5th day of the trial period, I decided this was too easy and that I would cancel. There is absolutely no place on ChillFit to cancel the subscription. An email address would be nice but there is no way of contacting them! They indicate that they will remind you that the trial period will end, but I did not receive a notification. I did receive a charge from Apple for the entire year and no way of stopping it. So am I to accept that for the rest of my life I need to pay for ChillFit that is positively useless to me?

I enjoyed this video so much. Such a nice slow, low impact way to start exercising again!
