Tried to cancel the 7 day free trial on day 8 as I had forgotten about it. Have written 2 emails through customer support and neither of those have been answered. Used StarSnap a few times during the free 7 day period on my 1965 topps baseball cards and they would give wrong info on multiple cards. Called Clemente, Yaz and McCovey 1972’s, Mays and Tiant were labeled 1971’s and Brooks and Frank Robinson were both labeled 1966. The 65 Mantle was called a 1969. Wrote in on a few of these with no response of fixes. So 8 of the 16 scans I did were wrong in StarSnap . That is why I wanted to cancel the account. Just want others to be informed before they put their money into this shoddy app

The camera doesn’t work very well and it thought that somebody on the Orioles was on the Phillies and also he thought that it was John Cook not then Rice although it clearly stated then Rice on the card and then he said that Cameron Artemis pain which clearly had a signature on it and he thought it was though he was number 26 not 34 so in all this is not a good game to download so don’t plus it makes you pay before you can use it

I tried to give StarSnap time to fix the issues but seems like it got worst. Signed up in Nov 2025 and just cancelled the subscription. Stuck with it until November 2026, hopefully it gets better during that time. Since adding the ability to scan the back I’ve gotten more miss identified cards. Tested it by scanning previously correctly identified cards and it now gives the wrong player a card number. Now I just scanned a 72/99 autographed rookie card multiple times and can’t catch the autograph or /99. Very disappointed seems like it was more accurate before the updates.

I have a Rookie J.J McCarthy 2024 topps card and it said he was will Reichard? I scanned 3 other cards as well and it gave me totally different people than what the card actually was. So that makes me assume they are also grading/pricing cards out wrong. If you can’t get the name right what makes me think you’ll get the $$ right???😂 very disappointing…….. prob won’t use again.

So many incorrect scans. I can scan the same card 5 times and each time it gives me a complete different year and make of the card. Sometimes even a year that the player wasn’t playing yet. So frustrating.

Gets a lot of the cards correct but gets a large amount of them wrong. Even if they are wrong no big deal. My problem is the fact that I can’t manually enter in cards when they are wrong.

So far so good plus it’s only 99 cents for a whole month all the other apps are too expensive just for a 7 day trail so it’s hella affordable and I give them 4 stars

Ive been loving StarSnap, paid for its gold version, and its a great way to track your collection. However I would love to see this feature where if it gets something wrong you can change it or add attributes on it. It should automatically update the price based on the changes you made too. But overall, thanks for StarSnap, its amazing.

It would be wonderful if there was a way to sort, find, and download the collections.

One quick picture of the card is enough for StarSnap to give you the cards value based on the condition.

Easy to setup and ask good questions to make sure you get the best answers, results, and feedback possible. Can’t wait to start using to build my sons and my collection.

By far the best identifying card scanner I’ve used and I’ve used all the top scanners. The information and descriptions have been spot on so far with the exception of the card values, they are bit high but I can deal with that.

I have tried a lot of card apps as well as eBay google search and none are even close to being able to complete. This has found every card I have searched for. I love everything about StarSnap

I love StarSnap. The card identification is good. The pricing is a bit off on some of my minor league cards. My big issue is that there is no way to sort my cards or put quantities in for doubles.

I look forward to StarSnap after a few more iterations.
