Sketchy right from the start with a full page low effort spam ad for “unlimited games”, then another junk ad, then on to asking for a selection for paid subscription, then straight to “enter your cc info, but we won’t charge you”. The entire vibe is off- it truly feels like one of those tourist trap markets that preys on gullible travelers, or like a guy selling pirated DVDs in a Walmart parking lot, or one of those fake “uber” drivers hanging around the baggage claim offering rides into the city. I’m actually creeped out by how untrustworthy this app appears and deleting it.
Don’t be misled by the name

Do not confuse this ripoff with the desktop version of Comet. It is so bad that I actually wondered whether it was a counterfeit.
This “browser” is basically an advertising portal, not withstanding its misleading claim to be 100% add-free. (Ads still appear on linked sites in its paid version.) When you open the browser, you have to wade through pages of links which you cannot edit.
Unlike the desktop version of the same name, you cannot import bookmarks from other browsers.
The AI capabilities are basically links to AI services, with no apparent integration of AI into it searches. Any complex search — anything more than a few word —simply freezes.
Above all, do not subscribe to the pro version. It does not deliver any of its claimed advantages. Apple should refund the subscription fees that suckers like me paid for it.
