As stated above I have been using this for the past few weeks. After working on a game offer with my uncle both our accounts got disabled all of the sudden and neither of us can Cashout now but we can still do surveys and game offers pretty shady right? Well it keeps going once your account is disabled don’t even bother trying to reach support as they have either blocked you or straight ignore you. Also if the game offers have issues tracking they have you take photo and video evidence you completed the goal just to turn around and tell you their offer partner “couldn’t” verify completion… so what’s the point in providing photo and video proof you ask? Absolutely none, no point at all. Save yourself the massive migraine and download KashKick or survey spin they are the only legitimate ones that rarely have issues at all your friend a fed up gamer. Edit: If you end up with a locked account revoke consent for them to use your data and go to their website to revoke consent for them to sell your data. If you are currently locked email them anyways if they don’t see you revoked consent then that’s their faults. Scam and waste of time.

I had had TopSurveys for about a week now and I’ve played 2 of their games and spent well over 45 hours playing 1 of them and after realizing that I still wasn’t getting any credit (which you are through their help support page that it may take some time for your points to load through) but it’s been about a week now, and I put in a ticket a week ago and I just found out today that they told me that I’m not getting credit for it; because apparently their app wasn’t logging or keeping track of the gameplay. however, it did show that my game was registered with their app and still they said they couldn’t issue or help with this. So just thought I would send a warning out to let you know because I would hate to wasted my time as well and all of this could’ve been prevented by somebody telling me this. So if you don’t want to waste your time, just try a different app because this one is not fulfilling their customers or players at all.

They advertise no rejections for surveys but that is a lie and then the list shows prices of what you will make for each one I pick one for $1.15 then when I finish it only gave $0.15 more lies it would be good if not for that and the fact for each survey you are suppose to be doing you basically have to do another survey before you can even begin the survey which is not cool especially if they reject you from doing the actual survey you just did a survey for free TopSurveys is stupid and I delete it and do not want to ever use it again and anyone who ever talks to me about it I would say the same thing I said here and add that they should not waste their time you would be better off scanning receipts or playing games for rewards this is an awful unproductive and unpleasant inefficient way to try to make any money don’t bother do not download if you already have delete it

It advertises that you will qualify for every survey and that it will pay out. That is not accurate. You will be disqualified halfway through a survey and even when the surveys advertise a certain amount and you spend 25 minutes, completing it, you will only be paid a fraction of it and you cannot cash out no matter what it says. For example, I took a survey that was advertised for $3.85 for five minutes. It took over 25 minutes to complete it and it only gave nine cents. After it was completed. You have to complete enough surveys to earn five dollars to cash out and no matter what you do you cannot meet and you will never be able to cash out. It advertises that you will be qualified for every survey that halfway through you are disqualified and the times on the surveys are not Accurate. It is another wasted, click bait app.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks. There are some tasks that say it confirms in and pays instantly . Not all I do. Even though it says right there in the offer. I contact customer service they say 7 to 14 days Burt right on the offer page it says confirms instantly. This is my job so I had to spend money thinking well I’ll get it right back. Not so. I just finished another task I cost me 4.00 to get 6.00 and it said I would get the rewards instantly it’s pending. I read these things and when you see it in black and white and then you get told don’t worry it takes two weeks for hat is not right. I’m should have been given my money right away. And then they can change it so other people don’t get angry . Don’t mess with my money.

I’ve using TopSurveys for a few months now , I started out doing surveys now I only do offers and games .. I recently did the chime offer I was rewarded the first half the $36 and today my account hit the second half which is $1,170 But I’m unable to cash out it keeps saying error not sure why my account isn’t on hold or anything .. I reached out to customer service and they told me I should hear something back when they get an answer and unable to give a time frame sadly.. hopefully I’m able to cash out if I am .. they app is 5 stars .. I will come with an update .. I never really had any issues until now ..

TopSurveys is OK you can earn a little bit of money yeah but it takes forever and most of the surveys don’t even give you the amount that they say they do I’ve done surveys for three dollars and it gave me $.15 even though I completed everything this has happened to multiple times nowand quite a few of the servers you’ll get all the way to the end submit them and then crash or just won’t work and then you get nothing there are quite a few other apps like this out there where they pay you way more money and if the server crashes and it’s not your fault, they still give you the $ for the amount of time I had to spend on TopSurveys I made about $50 on my other app and I made three dollars on this one

I joined TopSurveys because of the commercial where she says tired of going through the pre-qualification only to have it end have way through. It also appeared like I could do surveys and get ok money. Then I join. First survey after the main one goes well and I get a dollar for about 3 minutes .
Then after they have my basic informationI get surveys that are 12 minutes for .40 cents. Whattttt!!!!
I choose a one minute one that ends up being at least 10 minutes once they ask the let’s get information about you before the survey. then at the end it says that is all the questions we have for you . No button saying done , nothing saying continue. i wait but nothing appears . I click the x and it says you will exit and can’t go back. when i do a questionnaire pops up asking why And I explain and then I don’t even get my darn .50
I decide forget it I will cash out and move on but you can’t till you get 20 dollars . will take eons to get that. lol
I want to add that I just went to do a survey and it said you don’t qualify this time . Guess the ad is wrong. I think if you don’t qualify you should still get 2 points because the ad implies lies this won’t happen

This is a great app, don’t get me wrong. The surveys are suitable for everyone, and there are good gaming offers here. I haven’t made enough to cash out yet, but I’m not worried about that yet. What I’m worried about is the payments for the milestones on the games. I know it says it is supposed to update instantly, but it hasn’t yet, and I have reached three milestones between two games. I’m not sure if I’m missing something here, or does it all add on at the end of the offer? UPDATE: Okay, people! I just finished an offer that I did not fully finish, even though I made it far enough to make a few pennies out of it. The game was enjoyable for me, but only made less than a dollar. It said that it would pay instantly. I never received any rewards, even though I allowed TopSurveys to be tracked. They take the game off your list as if it were never there. There were no signs of expiration, nothing. I never had this issue with any other platform that I’ve used to play games, so this is surprising to me to have that on this one. Now, the surveys aren’t like that. They will pay you to take them, and yes, just like everyone else, you have a chance of getting disqualified or screened out. So your best bet here is to earn with the surveys.

This a great add I did notice a lot of surveys be have some problems and top mid way and some u can finish and then they say it was a problem and they don’t really credit you for taking your time doing a survey. I played a few games and it missed some of my achievements and didn’t track them so I missed out on the first half of some games I tried. But over all it’s not a horrible app you do win real money. It’s just a few things they could fix to make TopSurveys way much better but give it a try and find out like I did. I’ll continue to engage with TopSurveys good luck to you all.!!

Updated: I finally did receive my cash out. I gave 4 stars because it took awhile. I am hoping this means that going forward, there will be no more issues cashing out. If all goes smoothly moving forward I will change my review to 5 stars. If I have anymore issues, I will lower my rating and update accordingly.

I did several surveys and earned money from games. Earned $5.50. Went to withdraw $5 to my PayPal. Got a message there was an error. Then a message my account was under review. After I contacted customer support I was told my review was complete and I could withdraw. I withdrew $5 to my PayPal and was told I would receive it within 30 minutes. It’s been almost 2 hours and ZIP. Nothing. I contacted support again and was told they’ll look into it.
I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with Apple.
I’m thinking this is a scam.

When I first started TopSurveys, it was amazing. I earned really fast now I’m only getting penny surveys literally Penny surveys five minutes five cents. I refresh the page because it’s unbelievable. In the beginning. I was getting three and four dollars surveys to Complete now the highest paying Survey may be two dollarsfor some odd reason I don’t qualify and it’s listed under best match after they have your loyalty you will not receive anything over two or three dollars

This is BY FAR one of the best survey apps on the entire app store. I have been using survey apps for YEARS. Zap surveys is a waste of time.

SurveyPop is incredible… and I never thought I would find another app anywhere near as good as it.

Well, Top Surveys is insane. I just made $7 in an hour doing surveys I ACTUALLY ENJOYED!!!… very fun survey about movies, then a really cool survey about my dog. Just those were $5 and took me like 40 mins and I was taking my time!

I just cashed out and it came instantly.

I have earned $230+ on SurveyPop and only recently did I become a “priority member” where I have INSTANT withdrawals

TopSurveys is incredible. Reminds me of “Five (5) Surveys” too. But this one has 2min long surveys that reward 20 cents… all the way up to a 20min survey that rewards $3+

I just discovered TopSurveys a few minutes ago I am completely blind. There are some issues regarding accessibility with voiceover, which is the screen reader that blind people use on iPhones so if you could improve the accessibility, that would be great overall that is pretty accessible. I look forward to using this up more. It was nice to take a survey and tell me how many questions were on the survey and how much I was gonna get paid and actually get paid that so I’m super excited thank you guys so much

I earned $10 in 2 days and was able to cash out via virtual Visa card! Occasionally you may run into a broken survey or one you don’t qualify for, but the surveys are legit and have decent payouts. I’ve tried other survey apps in the past. This one and SurveySpin are the ones I’ve had the most luck with. I earned around $80 from Survey Spin. I made $5 my first hour being on this app. I like that they pay you something even if you don’t qualify for the survey. Not all apps do this. Thank you guys for helping me out when I really needed it.

this app is by far and hands down the mighty and best survey to make money and it doesn’t disappoint at all you don’t get disqualified from a Survey they have you take almost every survey that is available on there this definitely surpasses all other Survey apps you can also do offers where you play mobile games and make money that way too everything on TopSurveys is a huge win win no matter how you slice it, you definitely gotta try it will never disappointment you the people behind us app keep going and do ya thing.

I downloaded TopSurveys the other day after watching an ad for it, and so far I am very pleased with it. The claims made in their ad are proving to be true. So far, I have been able to take most of the surveys I click on, and if I get screened out after completing part of the survey, TopSurveys so far pays much better for completing only part of a survey than any of the others I’ve tried. I cashed out my first $5.00 today, and it was in my PayPal within a few minutes. Now that I have found Top Surveys, it will be my go-to app for taking paid online surveys, as long as it continues to perform as well as it currently is for me. Thank you!

I’ve got experience with a number of different survey and offer applications, and this one is by far the fastest, easiest way to make a few extra dollars that I have ever experienced. I’ve only been on it since last night, and in less than 24 hours I’ve made $24 doing just a few service here in there. It’s easy to cash out with a five dollar cash out minimum. I haven’t had a single problem with it yet and I qualify for more surveys through this platform than I do for any other platform. If you’re a person who uses survey and offer apps, give this one a try. I guarantee it won’t disappoint.

Had to give it 5 stars to bring this problem up, most of the games on here are hard to complete considering TopSurveys and ones similar to it makes the challenges hard or almost impossible.

Example: lvl 2000 = the amount??? Who’s gonna get to the max level and stuff that quick, we need easier challenges and better survey rewards since I see like 8-15 mins for 3.50$ which is a 1/10 chance to get that amount for those surveys. A 15 - 30 survey should be double that amount or atleast in the 2 - 6$ range. And when doing a survey it’ll either take me off of it because someone else is more “qualified” after I spent 20 mins on ONE survey for 2$. Please recognize this and fix it.

TopSurveys is a scam. You spend a lot of time playing these games and then when you go to cash out, it says technical error. Please contact us and then when you try to reach out to them it doesn’t even send them a message. This is now the second account this has happened to me on. They owe me money for games that I played and they won’t even allow me to contact their customer service stay away from TopSurveys
