Trying different internet sites that reference Customer Service phone number was not a simple task! On only one I finally unearthed the number, which required my going to from category to category until I fould the phone number. It took a minimum of 6 times to find the telephone number to call Customer Service. My ID card has been lost, I was requesting a new card. The first question I was asked is "what is your ID number?" Obviously without the card I do not have the card number. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive the card that the US Postal Service was going to mail. There was a possiblity that I may have an appointment with a new physician. My having the card is essential. I was told I could go to Manhattan Life website to see a copy of the card but first I would need to set up an online account. I did not complete the online process because the form asked for my social security number and I could see that it wasn't a secure screen since no picture of a lock appeared in the task bar with Manhattan's website address. Very poor Customer Service. The operator sounded a bit curt, I asked if a copy of the card could be emailed to me. "We can't do that" was the answer. I sincerely think the operator didn't have a clue as to what information I needed to enter to complete the form. My past experince with other Customer Service phone lines is that they are more than willing to assist. I believe that some retraining is in order!

Your app should be titled Manhattan Life and not Client Services so when I alphabetically sort my apps it is not sorted into the C category. Who would think your company is called Client Services??
