Sir: I have been trying to cancel my weekly subscription charge of $19.99 and need someone at your end to assist me wityh srtopping your weekly fee.
On 12-26-2025 I paid $8.47 to see what a photo looks like "alive" & nothing happened. I paid $15.89 on 12-26-2025 and nothing happened. I paid $21.09 and nothing happened. I need a refund and assistance on how to use this product so I don't lose anymore money.
Nothing but failures

I was able to get the first picture I used to work and then nothing but errors and failures to produce any results., and apparently those failures count against your daily limit for using the app for making videos out of your old photos! And how could a jpg file be the wrong format for a picture to use??!! That’s ridiculous!
They broke their promise

They advertised that they could convert 10 photos into videos every day. I purchased their service, but after a week, they abruptly reduced the number of video creations to 8 per day. As the saying goes, “The water that carries a ship from one end to the other can also capsize it.”
