How to fix Zesty app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Zesty app on iPhone
Update Zesty app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Zesty iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Zesty on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Zesty network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Zesty Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Zesty not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Zesty App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zesty » click [Force Stop]

Update Zesty to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zesty App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zesty » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zesty.

Fix Zesty unable to contact server/ Zesty internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zesty » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zesty » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
