Close and restart the Plume app on iPhone
Update Plume app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Plume iPhone app

To resolve Plume network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Plume app issues:

Force Stop the Plume App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Plume app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Plume to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Plume App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Plume app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Plume.

Fix Plume unable to contact server/ Plume internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Plume » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Plume » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Plume on android.
