How to fix Roof app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Roof app on iPhone
Update Roof app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Roof iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Roof on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Roof network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Roof Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Roof not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Roof App
1. On android, goto Settings » Roof » click [Force Stop]

Update Roof to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Roof App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Roof » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Roof.

Fix Roof unable to contact server/ Roof internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Roof » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Roof » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
