As someone who’s been learning Spanish for a year and a half there isn’t much information to learn here. It’s basically just following a YouTubers lessons and adding captions. I think this app could be a great start for someone, but Duolingo is structured better with 100x more lessons at a similar price point.
Parrot doesn’t allow me to use it unless I pay. I don’t know if this is normal or not. But whenever I click on the X for the payment options, I just get send back to the start and I need to fill in all the answers again and still pay!

I travel a lot and Parrot has helped me to be able to have conversations in other languages without sounding like a tourist. Very helpful and easy to use!

For a while, I used Duolingo but after a year, I realized it was more scratching a completion itch in my brain rather than actually progressing my language learning. this app feels like its built for you to actually learn a language. It utilizes much more realistic examples and does a great job of assessing your current progression level. It then tailors its content to your level. Overall, very excited to keep using this app and finally get to fluent, or at least conversational, in español :)

Out of all the language learning apps- this app is my favorite. It really helps you feel more immersed in the language, compared to other apps that are just playing mini games with vocab words. I have this app to thank for my progression in Spanish!!
I was doing lots of research on the best ways to to learn Spanish, then I found this app which they claim uses comprehensible input method which is great. They have a great selection of videos and they make a big difference to how I learn. I love using this over my TikTok time to learn Spanish now.

Okay so like I’ve seen ALOT of people use this app right? And Im like why does it cost money? This is a suggestion, what if like if a person don’t use this app often they have to pay or 10-20 lessons each day and after that if you want more you could just pay. This is not hating or anything I might buy it I’m just suggesting!
