How to fix Lura app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lura app on iPhone
Update Lura app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lura iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lura on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lura network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lura app issues:

Force Stop the Lura App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lura app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lura to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lura App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lura app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lura.

Fix Lura unable to contact server/ Lura internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lura » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lura » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lura on android.
