Impossible d’activer le compte

On m’a offert une carte cadeau chez Bricks.co, donc j’ai voulu créer un compte pour l’utiliser. Première tentative : j’ai passé plus de 20 minutes à renseigner toutes mes informations personnelles (ce qui est normal pour une plateforme d’investissement). À la fin, on m’indique que mon compte va être validé.
J’attends. Le lendemain, je reçois un email me disant qu’il faut encore finaliser la vérification. Je retourne sur l’application… et on me demande de refaire la procédure. À ce stade, j’ai abandonné.
Un mois plus tard, je décide de réessayer. Et là, nouvelle galère :
• Application extrêmement lente (ma connexion fonctionne parfaitement ailleurs).
• Impossible de finaliser les documents à signer : l’application me renvoie au menu principal sans raison.
• Parcours utilisateur frustrant et instable.
Pour une application d’investissement immobilier qui demande des données personnelles sensibles, ce niveau de fiabilité est inacceptable.
Très mauvaise expérience utilisateur. Je mets une étoile, car aujourd’hui, il m’est tout simplement impossible d’utiliser le service.
