I’m getting absolutely nothing for my money here

I have tried multiple times to tell ZoneWatch what zone I am in and it just sits there without accepting it. When I go to the forecast page, all it says is that there will be forecasted weather in the winter. I have no idea what I am paying for.
Pay for radar?

Am I missing something? The only feature that works is radar. What are we paying for exactly?
