I wish to can

I find the Duomo appt, really helpful. They tell you about the chapter, what they'll be centering on, giving scripture to back up what was read. I'm really happy with this!

Constantly adding charges to my cc which are not valid. Disputed charge and won. I even changed cc number to avoid. Now they use Solidgate.com which slipped by my bank as they must be getting all their charges denied. Changing cc number again. Hell will be hot when these thieves go before Him on Judgement Day.

I'm being charged $43.20 every month. The phone number I found is wrong. I can't cancel my membership or an additional $28.99 each month which is connected to Duomo, I think!

I need to cancel this subscription. I cant afford this. I need my money back please.

Please cancel my subscription. Not useable for me

Please STOP my subscription to your site. It is too much $ for me to spend as I am retired. Please help me by unsubscribing. TY

I installed the app and tried it once. I was not happy with the study. I contacted the company to cancel the plan and have my $97+ charge refunded. They wrote that they would "research the issue". After one month and several e-mails asking me for patience to "research the issue", I am very frustrated.

Please cancel my subscription.

Have been charged monthly for the past year. I don’t even have the app and can’t find a way to stop the payment.

I didn’t get a chance to even use Duomo while trying to create my account with them after I payed of course and I used PayPal, I lost them the page just vanished. I could not get it back I tried everything there is not a phone number, and the email couldn’t be delivered came back saying invalid email address. So I called PayPal and got a refund and canceled the subscription. And that’s another thing I was unaware that I had a subscription that I would be charged a monthly fee. Yes I think that Duomo is a big rip off!.

They have charged me $49.99 a month for the last three months. I canceled today!

I’m OUT TOO Many Red Flags

I started to use the Duomo app a couple of months ago and it wasn't what i had expected it to be. I cancelled my subscription shortly after. On April 2nd , i noticed a debit on by checking account for $59.99 for a purchase i did not make. It could have been a monthly subscription charge. But I should not have been charged anything if I cancelled my membership. I have tried Duomo's customer service email but no response has been made, nor has a confirmation that my email has been sent. I would highly advise no one use this website or app.

Nice at first but they don’t let you out! God would be ashamed of them charging so much to read the Bible!!

I signed up to try Duomo for $29.99. I used it for a couple of days, but it didn't offer anymore than some free Bible studies that are available. I for got to cancel the initial trial period (for $29.99) and was charged an additional $59.99 (yearly fee). When I contacted their support (they were very quick to respond to my request) to cancel and get a refund I was told they could only refund if I used the app for 30 days. I told them I didn't recall getting that information, then they offered me a 50% refund of the $59.99 charge. So it was a $60 lesson learned.
