I have never used this app. I haven't kept up with my finances. I have been dealing with breast cancer since September. I must have signed up accidently.

Yesterday was checking out your web site and downloaded the app thought I was getting a 30 day trial period but received text from my bank that a charge of $19.99 was put on my account. Will be disputing that charge and have deleted your app I do not care to do business with you.

I did not order this and wish to cancel and receive a refund. It looks like a lot of people are having a problem with you. I will contact my bank that this is a fraudulent charge if I don't hear from you asap. bzpainter@redacted

I contacted your people last month and requested that you cancel my subscription. I cannot afford it I was notified that it was canceled but it appeared on my bank statement. I have been trying to get some resolution to my problem I amhaving with your company. For a christian organization you sure have some very scamming ways. I am 75 year old woman on SS and not afford to be scammed. I never ordered DUOMO, and this situation caused my bank account to be drained. There wer 3 Charges made to my account one for $44.99 which was refunded to my account. However two more charges were made by DUomo, one for $80. 97 on 3/10, and another charge for $37.98 on 3/11. I tried to explain to your experst and got no help from them, Then they sent me to "THE EXPERTS". who wanted me to pay andditional 80.00. I was left with 71 cents in my account. Three charges cannot be an accident for something I did not order. Be assured I will take this situation to the attorney General of the state you originate from. Got a suspected fraudulent charge on my credit card for $99.99 from my bank! What gives? No one used this credit card for any purchase from GoDuomo APP. So I blocked it, just wanted to inform you, in case you want to investigate on your end, because you have several complaints of upset customers in your reviews! I, like many others, have been trying to cancel my subscription without success. I initially cancelled in august and have been charged $59.99 every month since then; August, September, and October. Last September I tried to download your app thru Facebook but it was rejected because I had an old iPhone. I do not have the app but I am being charged for it.
