So I can’t add my address for my book orders because it says my login information is incorrect on the website but it works when I’m on WorldofBooksApp .

Have to sign in twice, “Sort by” feature doesn’t work, doesn’t show all results of a search.

WorldofBooksApp needs a lot of work. The website it wonky but this is worse. You cannot filter at all. It just doesn’t work. Shows books at a low price but when you add to cart there’s no low price option. Hopefully they fix these issues.

The love World of Books as a company, but I wish their app and website platform were more sophisticated. Whenever I and logged into the same account on my desktop, and add something to my cart, I wish that item would be also in my cart on WorldofBooksApp ; vice versa.

Also, their buy 3 get 1 free is always finicky. Sometimes it works great and others it’s really frustrating to get it to work.

They also have an extensive eBay store which is always slightly cheaper for the same condition books. I find that strange. The problem with eBay is the buy three get one free is virtually impossible to utilize there. Their eBay support is pretty bad about helping with this.

Lastly, if they’re out of the correct condition of the book you ordered, they’ll just send you whatever they have, even if it’s in poor shape. I pretty much explosively purchase very good, but I’ve received two very poor books from them on two occasions. I will give them credit, that their customer service was very prompt in resolving this.

I know the margins are low in this business, but hopefully this feedback can help somewhat helpful in improving your tech. Thanks for all you do!

WorldofBooksApp is fairly smooth, I like the vibration feature whenever you touch a product and unlike on the website, you are actually able to add items to your cart as well as access your wishlist. However, there are still plenty of flaws with it. I’ve noticed issues with loading among other things that need to be addressed. Overall, it’s so-so but still a step in the right direction, especially in comparison to the website.

Hard to search for categories of books other then the general fiction and nonfiction

World of Books is great! App works great and is definitely better than the website on mobile.

I do have a request though. I have a toddler who loves to read, but she can only have board books. I can search board books and sift through thousands of books, but it would be so much better if it were a filter like hardcover and paperback are. Since I can find board books by the search term, the books are already tagged with that metadata already so it should be a super simple database query.

It’s not laggy or anything. I was able to sign in with the email and password I created on the website, though it took me through unnecessary extra steps. Everything so far has been good for me I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about 🤷‍♀️

I started using WOB because of a recommendation from my friend, and I am OBSESSED! These are the best deals on preowned books that I have ever seen and they come in great condition in just about a week or so! I’m definitely going to continue using World of Books to expand my personal library ❤️❤️❤️

Great selection of used books at lowest prices I’ve seen. Love the buy 3 get 1 free deal. Book conditions were as described. Delivery was quick.
