Hello, My DuckDuckGo app on my iPhone crashed today. (4 reports in iphone analytics) It will only open through your news email & walgreens-open the link. (I usually copied the link, but that didn't work. When open the app won't close the usual way deleting tabs. Also, I don't see any of my bookmarks. I last backed up my phone about 10 days ago before updating the ios. I hope you can help me fix it. Sincerely, Ann
Duckduckgo stopped working on my android phone. I've deleted the app and reinstalled, but the same issue. The blue bar goes half way and stops.
Lots of links I click will not open. Gives a browser message. I have not been having this problem before.

I got an email from this western Health. I sent a request to stop sending emails. I noticed on my home screen they were able to download an app onto my phone, I guess from the email I clicked on. The really strange thing is when I try to delete the app it goes straight to duckduckgo app to delete your app. I can't get it off. What the heck is going on? Since an update from you in March, I have been unable to obtain videos from my site apps. E.g. on MSNBC, some news items have not opened to a video of a story, like a portion of an evening show . My phone is a Samsung Android. A local help center says it's not from Samsung.
Using DuckDuckGo Browser on Android Tablet for Web-based twitch stream usage - recently ANY of the functional scrips on the site(s) stopped working completely. Since it can be reproduced on another device with also updated the browser app, it seems to be (at least) related to the recent version(s) of it. (cant clearly find out which update it broke)

my safari duckduckgo mail box changed to yahoo mail box
My e-mail client (XFinity Connect) keeps incessantly rebooting when using the DuckDuckGo browser and is often unusable on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but I have no problems using my Safari browser. Tonight XFinity reset my modem and ran a troubleshooter and it seems as if the problem lies with the DuckDuckGo browser…. Can you please help? I have had this issue for approximately two weeks - I believe.
