TORBrowser is terrible . It either just spins trying to open , or it opens and crashes . Sent a email for help and developer never responded.
Every time I turn the vpn on a error appears reading “error while loading” I sent a email to their support team only to get an email back reading Delivery notification fail
They want me to pay for this but it keeps crashing during the 3 day free trial. Hard to assess quality if it does not work.
I refuse to believe that such a reputable well established as well as well recommended app like TOR would do this to me!!! Yet I followed all guidelines and/or stipulations to still only be ripped off for what seem like only a small amount of money, but to me it is a huge amount of principle.
I was planning on keeping TORBrowser and paying for it after my trial period, but I had to cancel as per say within contract rights yet they still took my money anyway and no one’s gotten back to me after several weeks of exhausting all channels provided.
I will edit and remove this if someone immediately from TOR refunds and rectifies the issue. You have one week!!!!
