I decided to try a different app for my reading. Having seen the ads, I chose Novelaria. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!! I purchased a weekly pass at £14.99. I’m a quick reader, so it seemed more sensible to go with the weekly option. They had no trouble taking my money, but I did not receive any coins bonuses, or free reading. When I tried to “Restore purchase” it said no purchase found. Strange .. it shows on my bank account!!! So much for support VIP treatment, my week ends on Monday, and I’ve wasted my money and time. All I get is a message saying they acknowledge I have a query. Do yourselves a favour and GIVE NOVELARIA A HARD PASS!
