2 years agoPaid my parking violation ticket POR, I got a receipt but it showed a different plate number of my car… - Receipt says payment was paid for vehicle 6670LG. -The plate number of my rented car is AG73RX. Pls help.Thanks.

The worst app
If you want to get stuck in a parking lot because the automatic feature doesn’t work, or if you want the meter to keep charging you long after you leave the lot, or for customer service not to respond to you for a week after multiple requests for help, get this app!

Impossible to use with cellular internet roaming
Impossible to use if you’re in Portugal with cellular internet roaming. App works only if you have a Portuguese IP address. VPN doesn’t help.

Does not work the payment
I have tried several times to make a payment in different places and at the end of the process I get a message error that only says try again later. Really bad customer support and error management will try a different app.
