Impossible to use if you’re in Portugal with cellular internet roaming. App works only if you have a Portuguese IP address. VPN doesn’t help.
I have tried several times to make a payment in different places and at the end of the process I get a message error that only says try again later. Really bad customer support and error management will try a different app.
If you want to get stuck in a parking lot because the automatic feature doesn’t work, or if you want the meter to keep charging you long after you leave the lot, or for customer service not to respond to you for a week after multiple requests for help, get Telpark!

Llevo años usándola en Palma de Mallorca y jamás he tenido ningún problema con la facturación del aparcamiento tarifado ora es sencilla y muy intuitiva. La función de alargar el tiempo de parking es fantástica nunca un imprevisto supone una multa. Gracias.

Fraudulent use of my app - I downloaded the app in Portugal and when I came back to Canada, got notifications of my app being used , upon which there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. No way to contact Telpark . Worst customer service ever!
Horrible app. Got stuck in a parking lot. Ended up paying for the booking and for the parking itself. No customer support, they are a bunch of scammers. DONT USE THIS APP NEVER!
Customer service a disgrace. Didn't reply to me when I realised that I'd started the parking app although parked in a prepaid resident hotel space, and then charged me 60 euros. Very bad way to treat your customers. I won't risk having it on my phone in future, deleting it today
The application is "leaky", the company is engaged in illegal financial transactions, as it tries to charge money for a service that the client was not provided. Not a client-oriented company. When problems arise, they use memorized algorithms, they don't try to help the client, so they lost me as a client, and several more clients whom I will discourage from using Telpark parking system. Too bad, the company has a lot of potential if you "tweak" the customer service.
