Just a heads up, unless you want to receive your rewards sooner than 1 month DONT complete offers on the Offerwalls through this app. Any offer that pays over 3 or 4 dollars, this app holds as “pending” for up to ONE MONTH from successful completion. I have 3 completed offers, each rewarding approx $5, all completed and paid out according to my account transactions as well as the customer support from the offerwall. this app customer support beat around the bush not even answering my question as to why it was pending for 3 days worth of back and forth via inquiry chat. Very strange that if you complete these same offers at every other site you are rewarded almost immediately, sometimes a few hours, yet this app feels it’s reasonable to withhold your earned rewards for an entire month. Sketchy.

The horrible people banned me even though I had $10 in my balance and now it won’t let me cash out and when I contact support nobody gets back to me HeyCash should be taken down. You guys don’t even have anybody to get back to me you see contact support when there is no support. I’m done with you and HeyCash. If you’re thinking about getting HeyCash, do not get it.

I literally haven’t even had an account for three days, and now my account is banned forever. Wish I had some explanation because this is just b.s. I’ve tried to contact support and it says “within 24 hours we’ll get back to you” but that’s a lie. Is there anyone who can at least explain to me why this happened?

I filled out surveys and hit the payout threshold and it won’t allow me to cash! It’s telling me my account is on hold until the 28th!? Time is money, and I spent time filling those surveys out and now I’m not even being compensated for it.
I never write reviews but I’m really upset by this.

HeyCash was good for 2 days but it screwed Mr over because it first said my account was under review for 24 hours then it said that I can’t take surveys for 2 weeks which is not fair because I have the right to give my opinion without being banned or restricted even if it means lying

If ur thinking about downloading DONT! At first I was loving HeyCash I was making money I made $5 in a day but soon as I hit $5 they froze my acct. They froze my account until the 28th. They do it to everyone’s account they will freeze ur acct for a wk for no reason worst survey app evr

I started doing the surveys last night. To earn a little money like everyone else. They ask to verify and need my number. I have no problem with this except my phone is off: I can receive texts. The person just has to have Wi-Fi. I don’t understand why they can’t verify through email like everyone else not everyone has a working phone! Also before says pay the phone bill I would if I could times are tough. Like for everyone else!

This is one of the great true survey, all you have to do is get up to five dollars and then continue to cash out money oh yeah & you can play game as well earn enough points $$$

They disqualify you from the high point surveys and let you take the ones that have small points.

I have just uploaded the survey app. It is legit so far I have not been turned down on the surveys. Each one I’ve done has been completed. It is easy and I like it. I will continue the surveys to earn more.

It had a few issues at first but then after messaging them for help to fix the issue they fixed it so it’s a good app and it is legit

Absolutely incredible. There’s surveys for everyone! Even if you don’t qualify for every survey, there are so many, all paying different amounts. You can get up to $4 just from one survey. Truly the best survey out there alongside their sister app Prime Opinion.
