Subscribed, downloaded AlaskaMagazine and can’t get past the first 8 pages. Asks me to Login or subscribe. I can’t get logged in. Doesn’t recognize me.

I love reading Alaska Magazine. However, since the release of the June 2017 issue, no new issues have shown up in AlaskaMagazine version. Would love to see the issues I am paying for.

I paid for this subscription and AlaskaMagazine will not download the magazine on my iPad Air. Please fix this so I can enjoy my magazine....it was not cheap......thanks.

can't read because it crashes EVERY time I try to open (turn to) page two.

Good printed magazine, but avoid online subscription. ITunes subcription more expensive than digital subscription on website that uses same app. Customer service is useless- I finally gave up on trying to get credit for an annual renewal that I paid for but never showed up. Monthly issue downloads are inconsistent- often not available until late in month. App last updated in 2014. Subscribe at your own risk. Not renewing again.

The magazine is great. Don't pay for the electronic subscription it crashes. Pay for the paper version. App needs fixing asap.

I subscribe to the print version. That should qualify me for the iPad version too. The New Yorker Magazine has figured this out. This is insulting enough that I will not renew my print subscription.

I can't even open any issues...AlaskaMagazine crashes consistently.
How many bad reviews until something is done?

AlaskaMagazine no longer works once you upgrade to ios8 -- AND SINCE ITS BEEN WEEKS YOU HAVE TO ALREADY KNOW THIS. Hire someone competent and catch up to the rest of the iPad magazines that had their act together!

Got subscription in December and no new issues in AlaskaMagazine . Emailed customer service in January and still haven’t got a response. Hopefully can contact a person to get a refund. Stick to buying the magazine in the store.

AlaskaMagazine does NOT recognize my in app purchases, the Magazine phone-lady says not her problem, must be Apple's fault. The Magazine Facebook person responded once but gave no solution. The email contact never responded. So they have my $ and I have no access.

Don't waste your time or money. I haven't been able to download an issue in a couple of months. And obviously, once the people at Alaska Magazine got my money (and others') they stopped caring. Truly, the worst app I've ever installed and a terrible waste of money. Apple and Alaska Magazine should both be ashamed of themselves.

App has been broken for months. Like all the other reviewers, I have paid for a magazine that I can't read. I've emailed their support staff multiple times but all they ever say is they are aware of the problem.

It's a magazine app, not a spaceship...it shouldn't take months to fix.

I will be filing for my refund with Apple.

Dear Alaska Magazine Staff: Please fix your application! I continue to try downloading the magazines for which I paid my subscription for, but have not been able to read any issues as of yet. Very disappointed and if unable to get any issues by the end of my subscription, I will be requesting a refund.

Than getting AlaskaMagazine to work. In the past 5 issues I've been able to successfully read/download ONE! App erased downloaded issues and won't download them at present.

App retains the downloaded magazines on your iPad quickly becoming a memory hog. Cleared off AlaskaMagazine and downloaded it again and it won't load at all now. No customer support available evidently.

No short cut on the screen. I have to keep going to apps, select AlaskaMagazine and open from there

AlaskaMagazine is now working again, using iOS 8.1.2. I hope it continues to work; I have revised my review to reflect this.

Download the newest update ASAP!
Now I can get my Alaska fix even though I'm stuck outside!
