CondéNastTravellerMagazine is impossible to use - it keeps crashing about every minute. I can only flip through a few pages at a time. I emailed the magazine about the problem and they told me they cannot do anything that and that I should instead contact Apple. I feel bad about getting their annual subscription. I wish I could get my money back. CondéNastTravellerMagazine is useless.

Pages don’t fit the size of the screen and is difficult to turn them . Not very user friendly. Paper format is much better.

Obviously Greta content; but CondéNastTravellerMagazine to read the content stinks.. constantly issues to flip pages and navigate the magazine very frustrating to enjoy the content

I have tried multiple times to login on CondéNastTravellerMagazine and it says it doesn’t recognize my account. I tried to reset my password thinking that might help but it says it doesn’t recognize my email linked to my account. Very frustrating!!

I have tried every which way to sign in with my print account info. Impossible. For a such a high quality print magazine the nearly impossible access to digital version is pitiful

What a waste of time. I bought the digital and print subscription and my sign in information is not working. Deleting CondéNastTravellerMagazine on my phone and using the MacBook app version instead.

Purchased print and digital subscription, app doesn’t recognize my email or account #. Submitted support email and received reply saying they’d respond within 5 working days.

CondéNastTravellerMagazine just shuts down a lot.

Apparently only the iPad app supports US digital access. Very deceiving, unclear. Horrible experience.

I signed up in March and paid $10 for digital Condé Nast. Am unable to sign in and get the subscription. Totally unacceptable !
Will ask for a refund.

I read all the negative reviews and then went ahead and downloaded CondéNastTravellerMagazine anyway. I had no trouble with CondéNastTravellerMagazine whatsoever and am now wondering what all the fuss was about! I wished to subscribe to Condé Nast Traveller magazine. I did an online search for the magazine subscription department. I came across two options: I could subscribe to the printed magazine edition or I could subscribe to the digital magazine. I prefer print, but the cost of this UK magazine to be delivered to me in the USA was prohibitive. Also please note I do NOT want the USA version of the magazine, as it focuses on destinations which Americans prefer.
The digital edition was quite within my budget, so I downloaded CondéNastTravellerMagazine . Once downloaded I had the option to purchase each magazine individually or to subscribe. I chose to subscribe for one year and achieved this by using my thumbprint. Easy as pie!

I was having the same problem others are experiencing. I contacted support but in the meantime remembered seeing more than one Conde Nast app. I tried a different one, the one that has the 'best ships' issue and it worked exactly as directions indicated

I subscribed for print and digital after seeing an ad on instagram. After paying for the two year subscription I find out that the digital version through CondéNastTravellerMagazine is only viewable through the iPad store. The only way to access issues via iPhone X is to buy the issues individually. Here’s to hoping there is an update that will allow me to use the whole subscription I paid for.

You're basically just paying for images of the actual magazine pages, not something that is actually optimized for viewing on mobile devices. This is especially problematic for iPhones. Zooming still leaves the text too small to read comfortably without having to scroll from side to side as you read. And by far THE most ads I've ever seen in an app that I've spent money on. Wow.

Horrible app- relationship between this and pixelmag is not explained, cannot read after subscribing and confirming (several times- I hope I am not charged for every time I confirmed)- even after signing up for pixelmag- whatever that is- still does not work. Someone needs to either fix CondéNastTravellerMagazine (if that's the issue) or the interface so that it makes sense. What a waste of time.

Agreeing with others, I subscribe to the print version and the publisher wants me to use the digital version. First, CondéNastTravellerMagazine does not work like the instructions they sent me, so I can't even log on, second, the customer service is worthless. Been through this twice and I am no idiot, so if any of this sounds familiar then I recommend that you not waste of time.

I wasted time trying to follow the directions sent with my monthly magazine on how to activate the digital subscription. The directions are not correct and the option does not work. Until they fix the problem, do not waste your time trying!

I signed up with an instagram deal. Login websites kept returning errors. Finally call customer service and find out I won’t have access for 2 months to digital content. They said there is nothing that can be done. Ridiculous. Got a refund

Is CondéNastTravellerMagazine only for UK?
The customer care email address is a UK address. Also, my magazine spells Traveler with one “L” and CondéNastTravellerMagazine spells it with two “L”s.
I kept entering my account number and last name right off the mailing label and it could not verify my account.
Frustrating waste of time.

CondéNastTravellerMagazine is constantly crashing. Can you please fix it???
