Subscribed, downloaded the App and can’t get past the first 8 pages. Asks me to Login or subscribe. I can’t get logged in. Doesn’t recognize me.

Good printed magazine, but avoid online subscription. ITunes subcription more expensive than digital subscription on website that uses same app. Customer service is useless- I finally gave up on trying to get credit for an annual renewal that I paid for but never showed up. Monthly issue downloads are inconsistent- often not available until late in month. App last updated in 2014. Subscribe at your own risk. Not renewing again.

Dear Alaska Magazine Staff: Please fix your application! I continue to try downloading the magazines for which I paid my subscription for, but have not been able to read any issues as of yet. Very disappointed and if unable to get any issues by the end of my subscription, I will be requesting a refund.
