I have tried multiple times to reach the magazine by email at the address help@redacted. Please cancel my subscription ASAP and email me confirmation that it has been cancelled.
Want to cancel wdw magazine
We subscribed to this magazine a year ago and was charged for an auto-renew just yesterday. We reached out immediately to WDW magazine and were told that we didn't cancel it in time and we are struck with another year, which is $100! I understand we must have overlooked an auto renew communication and because of that, I'm willing to compromise in some way, but their customer service was not willing to help in any way. I really like the magazine, but I can't believe they run their business like that.
My niece ordered the magazine for me for Christmas as a 3 month trial to see if I liked it well enough to pay for a year. She cannot find anywhere on your site how to just renew without going through all of the info again. Is there an easier way to just renew and also is there a way not to have an automatic renewal every year if she wants to order a full year subscription? Thank you for your help.

You can only use this if you purchase the digital subscription through the app. One reviewer said if you purchased your subscription through the website you could contact customer service and they can get you set up on the app. This isn’t true. I contacted them and they said only app subscriptions can use the app. This is ridiculous and really lack of thought and planning from WDW Magazine.

I subscribe for a month signed up with an email address and password. From that point forward it’s impossible to sign in and read the magazines. The screen says invalid not recognized. If you try to reset your password it won’t accept the email address to send you a reset. So I’m paying for a month and I won’t be able to use it. I canceled my subscription immediately but I’m still paying for nothing.

Subscribed. Supposed to get sign on information by email. Took a while to come. Finally received sign on and password to use. Downloaded this app. Tried to get mag. Indicated I was a subscriber. In order to get mag it indicated needed my account number. Never received it previously. It is not like I am buying a diamond. I went back and forthwith customer service and now awaiting next communication. Not the agents fault. Just venting. Have a magical day.
