Playback Failed every time

I’ve yet to use the app because it hasn’t worked since I downloaded it. Keeps saying PLAYBACK FAILED. TRY AGAIN LATER. I tried 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 min and an hour later to no avail. Erased the app and downloaded it again. No fix. Developers should be embarrassed. Put out something that works or don’t put out anything at all. I’ll continue to listen to AM 740 on I Heart Radio App. That works

Even after 5 years, this app is still very unstable. It frequently stops and must be restarted. It frequently fails to load properly giving only the splash screen before minimizing with no audio stream. I generally have to delete it and reinstall it several times a year because it just quits working. C’mon Dan, you and KSEV can do better than this.

Over the last YEAR, I have made numerous attempts to notify the station and they acknowledged that they are aware that the app doesn’t work (I get a PLAYBACK FAILED notice). The GM didn’t seem worried or committed to fixing.
