Easy and convenient!
App is super easy to use and having this benefit through my employer is AMAZING- I got connected to a doctor to get medical advice in about 30 seconds - super WOW! You are missing out if your don’t have access to these drs!

Waste of time
I don’t recommend CirrusMD. All the doctors I got wanted me to go see a doctor. They all screamed COVID, COVID, COVID. You would think by now since they went to Medical school the difference between a respiratory infection and COVID. It’s a waste of time. No point in explaining your symptoms if they’re going to just say go get tested. One even told me to go get a x Ray done. I can barley afford to go see a doctor now you want me to go get x rays done. CirrusMD is suppose to save you time and money and it’s the complete opposite of that.

I’ve been let go?
I stopped receiving my refills so I went to contact my doctor about it to see what’s going on, and my account is “inactivated” and it tells me to contact my provider - that they cut me off from. There is no way to contact them. So I just no longer have access to the medical care I was using? Thanks…

Great way to get HC coverage away from office
Really liked how easy it was to connect with my doctor.
She was able to diagnose my issue over CirrusMD saving me a lot of money instead of the ER.
I can't wait to use CirrusMD to save money in the future

Not good
Their doctors never seem to have an answer or want to pass the buck on to another doctor. Don’t waste your time here. It’s clear they have no valuable product or service
