Could not verify any of my cards which made paying rent even more painful than it already is. Dear Elements on third - we didn’t need a new app. We needed the elevators fixed.
Maintenance is horrible, the people in the leasing office are not helpful whatsoever! They have made no effort to find a solution to my many requests regarding having an infestation of roaches in our kitchen! It’s sad we had to keep living like this and continue to pay rent to a property management that does not care about its tenants!

The Delmar is bad! I was going to pay my rent of February and they already included march in the balance. There are no communication coming from them. Terrible service

Not a user friendly app. Can’t locate history of payments. No itemized bill to see what you’re paying for each month. No history of communications with property.
It’s sooooo slow
StewardHelm is very user friendly and easy to use. I have no complaints. Lots of new functions that other apps don’t have.
StewardHelm works way better than the previous one. It’s easier to operate also. Love that you can select the payment amount.
