I had wanted to try Formulaweightlossdietapp to help me stay on track with Carnivore. I opted to try it for 12 weeks. I chose the 12 week option and then was offered a discounted rate for a year instead. Although it was enticing, I declined. I then was offered a 20% discount on top of the discount for the year so I clicked on the year. My card was instantly charged then for the regular non-discounted price. I reached out to customer service and they basically said I did not click on the discount in time. I had screenshots showing the discounts just in case and sent them to Customer Service. I was told that it didn’t matter and that I would have to pay the full price. Bad practices, shady charges, and a negative customer service experience with proof. I just disputed the charge and got my full amount back. Be very careful what you see them actually charging you. Having proof didn’t even matter, but luckily, I was able to get my money back.

I paid for the one year bundle and received the welcome email. I noticed the blue links in their email do not work. I could not set a password when prompted to do so. I requested support setting a password and logging into Formulaweightlossdietapp . They suggested clicking on forgot password. That route didn’t work. They sent me another link in email. That link was dead. I get an I beam when I hover the link. Three strikes you’re out. I cancelled my subscription. To their credit I did received my refund. When you buy something advertised on Facebook and get the run around, we will assume it’s a scam. I guess I’ll get diet support available elsewhere.

I thought I was subscribing to get a customized weight loss plan. Instead I am actually paying for a tracking app that has limited foods in the tracker - way more foods in fitness pal for no charge. When I asked customer service where my custom weight loss plan is they said it’s not available on app but hope to have it in the future. What a total scam. Do better.

Maybe I don’t understand all of this. I mean, I have a free program to count steps and log food, and weight. Logging food is an issue as your carb counts are not the net carbs on the package of my food. I thought for the cost, I’d get help with recipes and foods, and emails. I can’t carry my phone at work and I walk much of the day and those steps aren’t counted. Looking at Apple Watch…….but I have metal allergies☹️
Anyway, guess it’s my fault…..

A habit takes 2 weeks to set in! I need more time to get into the groove!
I feel like I have to be constantly thinking about what I will have for my next meal! Thinking about food keeps me looking for something to put in my mouth! But, if I do activities where I don’t think about food, I forget to eat!
I don’t like to eat after 6:30 PM, and many a day I haven’t eaten since mid morning and it’s 7:30 or later!
My big meal is mid morning, so I just keep a protein shake available for evenings!

I have mixed feelings about Formulaweightlossdietapp. I wish it gave more info especially a daily total of the different macros and a total for each meal that were visible on the main page. Also some of the fonts are not light enough to read against the dark background. Some are also very small.

You can log your food which is convenient and they provide menu options but there’s no where I can find to help you track your weight loss or tell you what you’re doing wrong or how to do better other than telling you that you’re over your carbs.

I’ve been using Formulaweightlossdietapp for just a few weeks, but I feel I am pretty comfortable with how to use it. It’s not difficult. You just need to be patient. And when you come across something you don’t understand, just write the customer service. They get right back to you. If there is something that was disappointing, it is that I thought it would contain a meal plan. But it doesn’t. You can come up and record your meals, but don’t expect to have it supplied for you. Other than that it’s a good app. I’m down 5lbs in one week.

Helps me stay on track in getting enough protein in from day to day which is a real struggle for me. 2 improvements I would like to see is a way to see your progression on a graph or scale which would include inches lost and not just pounds. Second thing would be a way to input recipes so you know exactly what you’re eating and how it affects your day.

I do like this forum a lot. I’ve enjoyed listening to all helpful hints that they have here on the website. I breed through them all in less than a day. The only complaint I have is that they don’t update them as much as I would like, and there isn’t more to listen to. The ability to track your progress as well as track what food you eat is a plus.

I am absolutely loving this ap!
It’s so simple to navigate for non techies like myself.
It offers a “My Fitness Pal” type calorie and macro tracking which is already customized to my daily needs via the intake questionnaire to tailor my plan.
I also dig the fun and to the point articles which I can read or listen to on audio.
And yes, they have great recipes too! I never knew how many ways one could do carnivore with so many food combos! Just “save” the recipes you like and up pops the grocery list! AND as you shop, grab the good ingredient, then just check it off your list.

I had been doing carnivore for a couple months and had plateaued. I found Formulaweightlossdietapp and it has helped! The tracker made me realize I wasn’t eating enough to be where I needed to be. It’s great to keep me on track throughout the day— when you have to enter it, you may choose not to eat that cookie that looks so good! Or, when I spoil myself with a latte, I can see how it affects my daily number. I’m pretty good with variety, but Formulaweightlossdietapp also gives you meal ideas. I’m excited to try the cookie dough fat bombs! Love it— and this is the FREE version!

I have been using Formulaweightlossdietapp for a just over a week thus far. The interactive program keeps me in a more conscious mindset. The recipe portion is wonderful. This insights and suggestions provide encouragement and knowledge to the process. Today is my 8 th day down form 306.0 lbs. to 292.4. Can’t say more than thank you for this opportunity to share good news related to the program.

I got bad news that I was borderline pre-diabetic and I needed to make changes and found the carnivore diet. Finding this diet and app changed my life, I went from 226lbs to 216lbs in a matter of 11day. Thank so much for the support and guidance with my intake and portion sizes and control.

Thais appears to be the only diet that has really worked for my wife and myself. It’s only one week in but we’re both down ten pounds. So far easy to conform to.
Hopefully we can continue on this great weight loss journey

Still learning how to get around Formulaweightlossdietapp but from what I can see it’s pretty helpful. You might want to add the water portion to it so people can monitor their water. I know that was one of the things I like the other apps.

This is a great app! And customer service is fast and supportive. I purchased but had less than 24 hours. Due to an unfortunate circumstance I couldn’t afford to keep Formulaweightlossdietapp . They refunded my account no questions asked and did it almost instantly. What I perused in Formulaweightlossdietapp was excellent and a great tool for finding your best self.

Really enjoying Formulaweightlossdietapp, I like the way you can keep up with your daily food intake while also keeping track of your weight

Fantastic little app track what you’re eating tells you when you’re doing it right what you’re doing wrong I like the way it doesn’t push upgrades on you. They are available but you don’t have to go forward with them.

This is a great app and is very easy to use. It helps keep me on track and I love the information and motivation that is sent over on a daily basis! Down 8 pounds in the first week with another 20 to go, and I feel confident by the end of the year I will reach that goal, thanks to Formulaweightlossdietapp!
