Why cant I access the SC version? Im in Oregon. Every other app like this one - lucky legends, acorn, dash blitz, jackpotspinning etc all activate the SC platform. This one wont for some reason and ive deleted and redownloaded it multiple times via ad link, searching it in the app store, and even sharing the app page and using the link from it to pull it up. No natter what it will not give me access to the SC side and just has the hokey, craptastic cutesy carnival theme and appearance with like 12 games 😑
*ETA* In response to the developer comment... I CAN'T access support in game. There is none. For whatever reason, Every instance I've downloaded has been some sort of like... Mid-development version with like 35% completely or something. There's no support option, there's not even a BUY option.
Trouble with payout

This app is really trying my patience!! I have made three different redemptions and have not been successful with receiving my funds !! I keep receiving emails saying that my redemption was declined!! I play several different slots with the same PayPal and I’ve received all my payments in a timely manner!!! I’ve reached out to customer service several times and have been unable to resolve the issue….. but they keep crediting me on the app for a lesser amount than I cashed out !!! Very frustrating

Rewards come really frequently! However it’s taking a while for my redemption to go through… It’s been about 2 weeks going on 3 and still no redemption. I did get a $10 refund though. But i could really use that $300 win, Will change to 5 stars if they pay out this time and a lot faster the next time i cash out! Overall though fun game! Please cash me out guys. I really do like this game
