Close and restart the Honor app on iPhone
Update Honor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Honor iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Honor app issues:

Force Stop the Honor App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Honor app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Honor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Honor App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Honor app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Honor.

Fix Honor unable to contact server/ Honor internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Honor » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Honor » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Honor on android.
