Sorry folks. I accidentally somehow ordered their services when I don’t even have security cameras. They admitted I had no usage but still charged me and won’t refund me.
This is a lame app. The first thing they do is they charge you 40 bucks and it only does two things and it doesn’t do them very well. It scans for Wi-Fi tells you about it. You can’t do nothing with it and then it scans for Bluetooth tells you about it and you can’t do nothing with it. Tell you if it’s a security risk or not, but you can’t do nothing. I want my money back.
I would like a full refund this is not the correct app to use for the camera. They took my money and it did not work.

I honestly downloaded HomeSecurityCamera by mistake in my haste to set up a ring safety camera. After paying $40 and realizing my mistake I emailed the company for help and of course no response and no help at all!!! Bad business!!!
Having numerous errors trying to get it installed. Meanwhile they are trying to sell me a subscription. They have multiple apps with similar names. My only hope is to have chat GTP help me.
I downloaded this and can’t connect it to anything. I had to purchase a subscription to try, it won’t connect and now I can’t cancel the “cancel anytime” subscription.
Biggest mistake I have ever made! It worked great for a couple months. I paid 100 dollars for a lifetime subscription and another 100 to change the WiFi and it still doesn’t work!
HSN, who by the way doesn't take any responsibility for this sells it as you can get on this camera and not have to pay the hello $40 a year and no no you can't you can't get on the camera. And they seem just unaware of what they're selling it is so scary.
You have to pay for subscription to use this camera. I downloaded HomeSecurityCamera could not set up an account every time I try to scan my Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It takes me to a purchase option. Absolute garbage.
First that comes when I typed my security company’s app. It misleads other users to think it’s the correct one. It charges you first with no information of what you are doing and it’s not the correct one!!! No phone number to call to rectify this either!!!
We bought this camera just as a camera to keep an eye on our back yard, I don’t care about recording and keeping the recording. The camera can’t be used unless you buy a subscription. I dont want the subscription, just to view my back yard.
I purchased Eufy Security Cameras. The start up said download the Home Security Camera app, which I did, without reading the subtitle. I don’t want nor need scanning software - I need the software that coordinates my security cameras, which I found and downloaded for free. Now I have to figure out how to cancel an app and get refunded
Make you think this is a camera control app and charges you $40 to find out it is just a home WiFi scanner app. Canceled sub within minutes but still looks I’m out $40 for a useless deceptive app. Should have read the reviews first. Came up when I searched for Wyler camera app and that’s what I thought I was getting.
The instructions don’t come with camera and online information is not clear and “easy “ to setup.
I have four Arlo cameras that I’m stuck with my wife can’t use it or I can’t use it on an iPhone or my iPad you’re taking my money for a monthly service that that is in operable. app does not work. I try to reach out no one replies. They said they’ll call there’s no one that called. It’s a silent call. I should’ve listened to my wife and bought a ring. I still might have to.
The cameras have good quality videos but HomeSecurityCamera is hard to use and it is to expensive to use with the subscription and won’t work with out it I am sending it back
