Why can’t I get the old app, and why did y'all have to change it? I can’t view my schedule anymore.
DuvalSchoolsFL is so bad. I cant even access focus and I cant see my schedule. Please fix this or go back to the old app.
It does not even open
The district had my child’s school replace DuvalSchoolsFL “bloomz” with DuvalSchoolsFL for feeds, updates, and two way communication. It is a HORRIBLE replacement. I’m having the most frustrating experience. I’m getting push notifications but EVERYTIME, besides my first time, when I go to “rooms” (the personalize class two way communication area) the screen mostly just sits on a dull “signing you in…” screen. Sometimes it will take my to re login in screen after about 15-20 minutes. It sits on this screen so long it ends up giving me a “session expired” message without ever signing me in. Most times it doesn’t it. Then very rarely it will say it can’t log me in due to cookies or something. I don’t understand why it logged me out in the first place, and why every time I want to go to “rooms” I have to re log in. Additionally I then have to be redirected to my linked parent account to then log in there before being redirected back to DuvalSchoolsFL “room” section. Which like I mentioned I’ve been only able to successfully do once this whole time. I have full bars and full WiFi so it’s not on my end. That’s the only thing we actually needed DuvalSchoolsFL for ( class/school updates and feed, and two way communication with teachers) because everything else you could get from focus anyways. So now I’m stuck with nothing and no way to see all that I was able to last year with bloomz. Also the only way you can login is through your linked parent account which I feel is a huge part of the problem! Why can’t we create our own log in with the email and password we choose?!? PLZ PLZ PLZ bring back blooms or any other third party like class dojo even, because if I could give this less than one star I would!
Is DuvalSchoolsFL a joke? Literally none of the “features” work. Way to continue screwing things up DCPS.

DuvalSchoolsFL is horrible it keeps malfunctioning
I have 2 students at 2 different schools & it in INCREDIBLY difficult to switch between them. You need to be able to switch students & the WHOLE app changes to that student. Also, why can’t I just see my students entire feed, why do I just have to click 1 “room” at a time? Is there a UI testing team? I would love to be part of it. And now there’s no FOCUS section to go look at grades…
The district is trying to move all communication onto one platform which I applaud in theory but the problem is that DuvalSchoolsFL doesn’t work. Most of the features of DuvalSchoolsFL are links which are already on the DCPS website. Signing in to focus is clumsy and I cannot use my saved password without scrolling through all of my others. Rooms is still not working even though the school year has started. DuvalSchoolsFL keeps locking up. Deleting and re-installing DuvalSchoolsFL doesn’t help. Also, there’s a really extended user agreement to sign which I didn’t like at all.
I dont understand why DuvalSchoolsFL was changed. literally everything was removed that made it actually useful. Its like whoever designed this lost motivation after making the homepage because the rest if the tabs literally send you to their website. This mobile application, if you could even call it such, is an utter disgrace to its predecessor. Any parents who would use DuvalSchoolsFL would not even begin to find it useful, as the website is far more convenient and polished, while also supporting all the necessary paths to any dcps related software or third party services. It seems these administrators have truly lost their minds. If it be, may it be I who smite the devils who harness their souls and burn them to ashes, so that we students can be free of this curse. Do not feel sorry for me, for i can analyze my schedule in a matter of weeks from now, as impatience is no threat to my will. But feel sorry for those who are corrupt with the ambiguous curse of those rapscallions who were appointed to the development of this nimrodic rework. Thank you for reading.

The old app was for students to access their classes and grades and updates about their classes but this new app we can’t view and of that cause DuvalSchoolsFL is only for parents and now no students can access the necessary information for their classes.
I can't find my way through DuvalSchoolsFL . I've tried to find where to log into my school account to find out my schedule and i can't even find where to log in.

it’s good but it’s hard to find things so ask your teacher for help
They recently improved this entire app its new to me but i think its very useful and stays in DuvalSchoolsFL your not exactky redireced with everything, maybe some things but atleast you can access anything that has to do with your school, students, menus, accounts etc
Everything is accessible in one app.
