First of all, the instructions on back of package is on a font do small it defies the human eye to see. I have great eye sight, by the way.
After trying to read package, almost as after thought, they tell you SanDiskMemoryZone to download. Did that. Plug in thumb drive… says they cannot find the device. Rebooted phone, removed and reloaded disk. Nothing. Will be returning it

I just switched to memory zone from the old IExpand since it will no longer be supported. Memory zone DOES NOT keep dates the video was created. The date displayed is when the photo or video was backed up to memory zone. HUGE UPSET. the point of using this flash drive is to SAVE memories not lose the dates they were created!

Worthless junk app. Sandisk tried moving me over here from Xpand for iPhone app which doesn’t work the majority of the time. Buggy and glitchy garbage. Return the product and delete SanDiskMemoryZone . Return the Sandisk drive before you get stuck with non working garbage. I am sending mine back. Item isn’t defective, it’s just a garbage Sandisk product

One of the customers on October 16th that it doesn’t work for iPhone 16. As a matter of fact, it still doesn’t work till this date. I purchase it for Thanksgiving and now reading SanDiskMemoryZone reviews and looks like technical support team is helpless & not helped the older customer as well.

I’ve been trying to make this work for my new phone, I have used similar products in the past with older phones and was hoping this would be the solution. SanDiskMemoryZone has a beautiful interface but please make it work for the newer phones, I would like to utilise it! Thanks

For some reason SanDiskMemoryZone doesn’t allow you to individually select which photos and videos you want to copy from your phone to your drive. You can either “backup videos” or photos (as in all of them at once) or nothing at all.
Go back to letting me individually choose what I want to copy! 0/10

Others have noted issues but given Sandisk pages saying compatibility I bought a 256G lux usb c/a drive. Isn’t seen on iPhone 16 ProMax IOS 18. It is seen on a pc. It’s not seen on phone via any Sandisk app memory or I expand or connect or via iOS files app. Contacted support very nice and fast but could not come up with a solution. If you can’t see the drive on a phone how can you update it??????? Fix this or allow update from a pc.

SanDiskMemoryZone doesn’t recognize the Sandisk Ultra dual drive Go. I called support and the guy couldn’t figure out the problem so he told me that he had to talk with someone else about it and would call me back in about 5 minutes. That was over an hour ago. I’m going to return the flash drive and buy a different brand since you have to have an app that doesn’t work for the Sandisk.

Absolutely hate this new app. The older iXpand was much easier to use with fewer steps. This new app makes you do several extra steps to accomplish the same thing.

It doesn’t work with IPhone 16. Doesn’t allow videos to be previewed. I’m on the verge of losing all my videos. A very horrible app.
Why get rid of iXpand drive if the memory zone is not fully compatible with iPhone 16.

Sandisk put together a very nice app, delivering great utility (backup, transfer, restore content) and the Explore tab is something new. I was able to find great AI partners to create faster and better content. I am hoping new partners will arrive.

I’ve been using the SanDisk Memory Zone app for a while, and I love the recent UX update! It’s even easier to navigate and manage my files. I especially like how quickly I can transfer photos to my SanDisk drive. Great app for any phone photographer!

It runs smoothly, allows me to browse my files from my phone, and the sync to the drive is an easy experience.
I’m looking forward to trying the partner integrations. I have yet to try those. I can rest easy knowing my files are backed up securely.
