I subscribed to the DMANAGE app in March 2024 and paid $14.99 for an annual subscription. Last week in July 2024, I tried to download music from YouTube but it always failed to complete the download. I deleted the app and installed it again. My videos and music I downloaded were gone. I tried to restore my annual subscriptions, but it says I don't have active subscriptions.
I don't know where to ask for help with this problem. I know $14.99 annually is a small amount, but it's not all about the amount. It's all about the annual agreement and I only used the app for 3 to 4 months.
The app is excellent and I am very fond of it. It downloads so fast and even when I don't have internet, I can still listen to the videos I downloaded. It's both convenient and easy to use.
