Not working upon release day… landscape, I’m already so disenchanted. #uninstalled

I pre-ordered this game as I used to love this app. However, I've yet to be able to play this game as it's always "under maintenance"

I was really looking forward to this game! But I can’t even get through the initial story without the game crashing. I’ve deleted and re-installed three times now, still can’t get to a tutorial or gameplay. As someone who was obsessed with this app growing up, this is a huge bummer.

I really hope I can update my rating, but as of right now, the game is unplayable. I just get a message saying there is maintenance so I can’t even open the game.

After playing for three or four minutes a pop up shows saying I'm logged in on another device and then reloads back to the very beginning.

Did they not test this game out before releasing. Basic puzzle game but can’t play more than a few minutes before being booted off.

It keeps crashing and now there’s been maintenance with Neopets for over 24 hours saying to update but there is no update.

Older version of the game didn’t crash. All this versions (as does neo’s other game, tales of drac) does it crash on iPad. 0 issues with older version of the game.

I wanted to play but the friend is so ugly

I did not receive the background prize for connecting my app to Neopass

Can’t even get past the loading screen, and then it’s been in maintinence for the last two days

It always prompts me to update Neopets before playing but then does not have any pending updates in the store? Have reinstalled and still does this.

It’s a struggle to figure out how to exit the game or switch between apps. I’m sure there is an easy shortcut I’m missing, but I would love to see an exit game option in the settings.

It’s the same as Faerie’s Hope so far which is great but the tile designs changed from the bright color petpets to a more muted color neopet version. The Aisha and Korbat tiles are way too similar in color and it’s really hard to tell the difference between them, and I’m not even colorblind. Please up the contrast of the tiles to make them easier to see!

While still slightly buggy, which was to be expected from a game that just released, this is a gorgeous game that not only has a compelling plot that stays in line with the lore of this app. It is a simple match-3 game but the art and characters are simply too cute and honestly polished and it makes me want to keep playing. I’ve been slightly disappointed about the art direction in the current plot on the website, and worried that this app lost it’s charm, but this game immediately soothed any worries. I am not kidding this game is so pretty that’s like 90% of the reason I’m getting so into it. Please play it and then someone talk to me about this app I’m so desperate

I got to play for a few hours right at release and I really love this game! The developers did an awesome job!

As usual, instantly signed up for this! So far, having a blast, and it’s pretty fun to create your own faerie land!

Nice game and I like the nostalgia of the colors and this app. Great design too. I haven’t had any issues with using Neopets .
