This has been the most frustrating experience. I was sold on this company claiming to make my life easier, and that is not my experience. Not only is this not a user friendly platform, it is only accessible via DESKTOP. So I can’t upload photos from my phone, make adjustments from my phone, which as a BUSY restaurant owner would be so helpful, I have to stop what I’m doing and go sit at a desktop computer to solve the MANY problems, and incorrectly posted AI generated Social Media posts. On top of the lack of user friendliness, when you need assistance from a person, they aren’t very helpful. It’s like I have to learn everything about SPOTHOPPER. Which I didn’t realize and definitely don’t have time for. Please don’t fall for signing up for this. It’s a nightmare. Hopefully this gets an overhaul because potential is there, but WOW, I’m frustrated everyday because of this program

SpotHopperSalesInquiries isn’t useful for me at all. I have auto responses set up to answer inquiries. I don’t need to answer them on the go. What I would have liked and expected from SpotHopperSalesInquiries is the ability to edit social media posts, update specials, add events, etc. To limit SpotHopperSalesInquiries to just responding to inquiries makes it useless.

SpotHopperSalesInquiries has realistically no function that is useful to most business. You can read other reviews and notice the same issue. The web model works great on a computer but SpotHopperSalesInquiries is a waste of a 5 second download.

You have to physically refresh for new orders while SpotHopperSalesInquiries is already opened. When you receive a new order the notification is very faint and you will not know if you have a new order until you refresh SpotHopperSalesInquiries

Was hoping to be able to use SpotHopperSalesInquiries to manage social media, but no. Not really sure what the point of SpotHopperSalesInquiries is. I cant even figure out if you can filter reservations by day.

Do better, SpotHopperSalesInquiries is awful

I use SpotHopperSalesInquiries to keep up with reservations and everyday I have to find the qr code to log in. I get notifications when I’m home but I can’t log in because I don’t have the password.

Love getting private parties requests right to my phone. My manager gets them too. Were already booked up for the holidays.

Job applicants come through here too so I can call them right away and schedule interviews.
