The app is showing me inactive even though I have a standard membership. This interrupts my fitness goals and the convenience of using shipt. Called customer service for assistance and they were no help.

Just downloaded the app and was amazed how much it meets my expectations. It has all possible kinds of exercises depending on how I feel every day. I did a stretch after a prolonged sitting and I ended up with a better mood. And such a huge music selection!
