The driver never picked me up or even answered the phone, but charged me in full and showed that he/she made the trip. this app customer service refused to refund and made all sorts of excuses for driver. Avoid DASH!
I had an amazing experience using this taxi app in Hong Kong. As soon as I requested a ride, the driver called us to confirm our exact location, and the real-time tracking feature made it easy to see him absolutely hauling to come pick us up.
Once we were in the car, he went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure we got to our destination quickly, but he even made a couple of quick stops along the way to show us secret photo spots of the Big Buddha; places we never would’ve found on our own.
The combination of DASH ’s smooth functionality and the driver’s genuine effort made this one of the best taxi experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
