I made an account online and then downloaded Seedtime but it just has a tasks page, journal page and then like a menu page. That’s it. There’s nowhere to add a new crop or look at the calendar or anything. I’m pretty good with tech and I’ve clicked on everything but there’s just a bunch of search options to search the crops you’ve already put in but again, very basic and I see nowhere to add any new crops. Disappointing.
I am a big supporter of app development and new features. Was prepared to sign up and pay for a lifetime membership. However the “lead offer” disappeared at signup, the web feedback was not enabled and I no longer trust this group. Bummed as I was looking for a new platform and was willing to pay.

One glitch I noted is when marking an overdue task completed, the overdue warning pops up and the YES button is scrolled off my screen on iPhone 11. I can not scroll to it.
It needs work. It only supports task and journal functions, so far. I recognize it is a work in Progress. I am very pleased that you are working on this and look forward to full functionality on my iPad.
App is easy to use — just check off the task! Things are presented in date order, which is ideal (for me). Will continue to use it and look forward to any and all updates!
This is an awesome app! I hope there are plans to make it iPad/tablet friendly.
Just downloaded it and was able to add most of my seeds. I wish they had more herbs like rosemary, sage and lavender. I will update my review once I use it more

Great start for Seedtime . As with the desktop app the best will be coming. Great to have available on a phone.
Very very helpful! This goes with me to the garden to help keep up, and will save multiple trips back to the garden shed for tools and materials. Great addition to a wonderful gardening program!!!
I’ve been gardening for over 60 years. I’ve been a Market Gardener/Farmer and a Home Gardener. When I discovered this app about two years ago, planning my simple home garden was a nightmare, i.e., where to plant, what to plant in specific areas to replenish the soil, etc. But when I was growing vegetables and fruits for sale, the nightmare was highly stressful and time-consuming. Since discovering this app, it has resolved the immediate issues each year by noting my first and last frost dates and doing the calculations for when to start planting seeds inside and when to move them to the garden. It also worked with starts from the garden center. And now it has layouts of your actual beds and their shapes. Among the beautiful areas of the program and now Seedtime is that it has a journal section. No more having to physically write your notes, formulas, and things of interest in a separate binder. Now, you can carry it with you at all times. You’re also able to include fruits, not just vegetables. The Team at this app keeps introducing new features, each enhancing the program's functionality. The this app program is well worth the money, and now Seedtime is the icing on the cake. I’m so glad I found this app. If you do any farming or are a home gardener - you need this app.
I’m so glad it’s an app now. I have been logging in for my tasks only and really only have my phone for use. So this is great. Thanks for including me in the trial!
this app cultivated my black thumb to a green thumb. I recommend spending a few dollars and upgrading the free account. You’ll make back the expense in grocery savings, also knowing you have beautiful organic produce in your own backyard!
Tasks, journal entries, and classes are easily accessible via your smartphone as well as on the web. All information is synced between the two platforms making it easy to keep track of your garden.
I have been using the seed time website for a couple years now and Seedtime has been the perfect addition! Highly recommend it! So simple to use and helpful to have it right in your pocket to quickly check your tasks or make a note in the journal!
Whoa! Do you realize how helpful it is to have this information in my garden? Before the phone app was released I had to sit at my computer, write the information on seed spacing, depth, etc on paper and carry it with me to the garden. In the garden I had to write down what I wanted to add to my this app journal and walk back to the computer to key it in. No more! Thanks, Dysingers!
This is a perfect companion to the online version. Can’t wait to see more things added to Seedtime in the future. It works perfectly for taking outside and seeing what needs to be done without having to check your desktop first. Still need to add crops and view the calendar on the desktop but this is great.
I’ve been using the this app app for a few years now. It has been a true game changer; taking a lot of the guest work out of when to plant/harvest. The ongoing work that has gone into this product has been pretty amazing. Regularly I have seen improvements to an already, amazing product. Do yourself a favor, download Seedtime , view the very helpful and wide, ranging videos, map out your garden and enjoy a good season
Seedtime continues getting better and better. I am amazed at all of the features. You can easily get overwhelmed by the data offered in Seedtime , but once you get clear on what you want out of your garden it’s easy to make Seedtime be as simple or complex as you desire. If you are a planner and like prepping ahead of time and love gardening, Seedtime is for you. I love simply entering the variety of seeds I just snagged at the store and let this app add it into my garden tasks, and it has made all the difference in being successful in my garden, acquiring the materials I need, and being efficient with my time. I have gone from a novice and sometimes successful gardener to a very successful gardener and supporting my family with fresh food supply and I am so happy!
Seedtime is easy to use and really lets me have a lot of info in my pocket as I work in my garden. I love how easy it is to use the Journal to document progress and to add pictures as you go.
